1.- Scope of the contract
These General Purchase Conditions apply to TOPGUN SL items for sale through its website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in the European Union and the rest of the world.
TOPGUN SL informs that its website is exclusive for public over 18 years old.
TOPGUN SL reserves the right to cancel a user's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website the date of the order. The prices are detailed in each item and include V.A.T (Value Added Tax). The amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time the order is placed. TOPGUN SL reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the modifications it deems appropriate, being able to update, even daily, articles and prices depending on the new features that appear.
For orders with shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside the EU (European Union) the prices will be modified on the invoice directly according to what the website marks without the corresponding VAT. In these cases, payment should not be made when processing the order, we will contact you by sending you the invoice including the derived costs that may be added (customs, transport, etc.) for the delivery of the product to destination.
Purchases can be paid with VISA, Mastercard, bank transfer or cash on delivery chosen by the customer during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.
Cash on delivery can be made only for shipments on the spanish peninsula and always holds a commission set by the carrier.
Shipments will be made according to the following:
The shipment will be made within 24 hours of the receipt of payment in our account, or confirmation thereof if it is cash on delivery, except in the absence of the requested material, agreeing with the customer on the solution they wish to adopt.
The address indicated by the customer may be a private address, a workplace or any other address indicated when ordering. Not being necessary that the billing address and the shipping address coincide.
The delivery by courier can be made through any of the carriers that we work, unless the client expressly specifies his preference when ordering.
Courier delivery time range between 24 and 72 hours in Spain, the spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
Ceuta, Melilla and Canarias: from 2 up to 6 days (excluding customs)
Shipments within the European Union: from 4 to 12 days
Shipments outside the European Union: 7 to 40 days (excludes customs time)
Practical-shooter.com and the couriers contracted in no case guarantee 100% the delivery times set out in the descriptions. These delivery times are indicative and in no case do they imply any obligation for practical-shooter.com and the collaborating couriers. If you do not receive notification from the transport agency within the stipulated period, please contact us in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible through our email: email@example.com.
The customer will have 72 hours to check the good condition of all the products in the order and to check that everything ordered is included. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be accepted and no claims for damage or failure with the shipment will be accepted.
* FREE SHIPPING (Spain and peninsula)
1.- Minimum order of 75 euros in products at the online store for Iberian peninsula and Balearic Islands (not including shipping costs)

3.- TOPGUN SL reserves the right to modify the "free shipping" in case of mistake, when any of the products should have the symbol
and shows the shipment is not free.
4.- TOPGUN SL reserves the right to cancel free shipping when the customer has selected "SPAIN - PENINSULA" for shipping and this designation does not correspond to the customer's actual shipping address.
5.- This promotion applies only to online orders, not to phone or email orders.
5.- Availability of articles
All orders depends on item availability. If there is some mistake regarding your supply, or if there are no items in stock, you will be informed immediately and we will find the best solution for you. If you wish, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
6.- Purchases with destinations in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and destinations outside the EU (European Union)
Deliveries in the Canary Islands, the price of the products do not include VAT or customs taxes derived from the shipment.
The client must pay the customs expenses corresponding to the order that he makes, which vary depending on the weight of the order. These expenses are paid at the time the order is received and in no case they will be included in the paid price for the products.
In case of return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the items to be returned, as well as the customs costs generated by that return. All these expenses will be discounted from the total amount of the returned products. In case of not accepting the delivery of the order, the client will be responsible for the expenses generated by the return of the order to the warehouse, both the freight and all the customs expenses generated.
The company is not responsible for delays in the customs clearance if the local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in the shipment.

Shipping costs include transportation and customs clearance at origin (DUA). Customs expenses at destination or other taxes (duties) are not included; They will have to be paid by the recipient in order to receive the merchandise, whether the merchandise is delivered or not.

8.- Guarantee of the purchased items
The contractual guarantee offered is the one established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
Keep the proof of purchase, you must present it to make any check, change or return.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks or improper handling, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use are not included.
